French Double Harpsichord Kit After Blanchet/Taskin
This instrument, inspired by Blanchet and Taskin, is made in the tradition of the large French harpsichords of the 18th century. The tone of our French Double is refined and colorful, and is well known for its majestic bass. While the range of 63 notes (FF-g''') permits the performance of virtually the entire harpsichord repertoire, this instrument is obviously the best choice for playing late French music.
